Our private credit practice is focused on delivering attractive risk adjusted returns by participating in private debt opportunities both regionally and globally. With years of experience across different disciplines (finance, accounting, legal, real estate and others) our team is ideally suited to assess opportunities carefully and promptly to ensure that we are providing the leading private debt service in the UAE.
We have historically been involved in a wide range of private credit transactions in EMEA, having structured and deployed in excess of USD550m, 70% of which has been realised at a double digit average gross IRR. Transactions have included senior secured lending, mezzanine financing, last mile financing, structured equity, real estate financing, Shari’a compliant transactions, special situations lending and secondary debt transactions.
