Investbridge’s real estate practice is focussed on delivering attractive risk-adjusted returns by participating in interesting opportunities across the capital stack. We primarily focus on value add, most often in residential and hospitality, with an EMEA and US focus.
We offer real estate investors opportunities that seek to achieve income growth as well as capital appreciation by investing in competitively positioned properties, in markets with favourable demand drivers. As well as purchasing stabilised assets, we actively invest in the value-add space where we feel return opportunities are compelling and risks can be effectively managed.
Investbridge has created an ecosystem to help make smart investments secured by sponsor capital. As a firm well-versed in acquisitions, development and lending, we source, underwrite, structure and close investments across diverse markets and asset types. We invest equity capital in collaboration with experienced third-party JV partners as well as on a direct basis without outside operators.
