Aly focuses on private debt transactions, including distressed debt, last-mile financings, portfolio acquisitions, secondary debt, and senior financings. Aly has over a decade’s experience across a broad spectrum of debt capital structures, from real estate financing to special situations lending and restructuring. Aly was previously a partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, leading the finance and restructuring group for the Middle East, and has worked in Dubai, London, Frankfurt, and Hong Kong. 

He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Jurisprudence with German Law from the University of Oxford.
